WTD: Dialable 10 (ish) power scope

Looking to upgrade my glass to start playing at longer range(500 max), and want something dialable that tracks reliably with around 10x top end.
Will be hunting bush with it to so wanna keep the low end 3ish max.

My current cheapo Nikon has pretty nice glass but wont return to zero.

Anyone have something they want to get rid of or any recomendations?

    Budget is about $800

    Cheers

Yeah they look awesome, just a shade steep to what I can push the budget too. Must be good as you never see them second hand

Upgrade the Nikon to a monarch, I take it you have a prostaff? My 2 monarchs return bang on to zero every time.

I know its got a bit more magnification than you indicated you wanted, but have you considered this?

Yeah I had a good look at that, and feel 4 times is just a little much for the bush. Fine in the kaimanawas but to much (for me at least) in the kaimais. I think the LR reticle is quite thin as well. I may just end up with the viper HS 2.5-10. Will get down on the weekend and have a look through one.

The HS 2.5-10 would be ideal for you i reckon, a mate of mine has an HS 4-16 and i like it, a good step up from the Diamondbacks that i have, nice turrets, nice bright clear glass.

I'd go 3-9 Leupold mate. Get a CDS if wanted to dial?
For the money imo they are a better suit for your needs than Vortex- I am obviously guessing.
