    Yukon pot-belly parts

    Looking on behalf of a mate.
    Parts to an old pot belly the main part that has gone is the 'kidney' shaped part at the back of the body connecting onto of the flue but suspect there will be other bits needed shortly.

    He thinks it's either a Klondike or an old masport....

    This is an option but avoiding it as neither of us have played with anything more interesting than a grinder... Having to fabricate a section of the flue already as it has 200mm flue and all I have is 300 (is not in a dwelling so doesn't need consent) Ideally he would get a new one but budget doesn't allow for it and seems a shame when the rest of it is in 'ok' order.

    @223nut

    In absence of any pictures posted, is this the sort of kidney-shaped connector you mean?

    @Cordite nope. The flue has been leaking so it's the piece that goes from vertical flue into the back of the fire box. Water must have been dripping down and rusted that piece out.

    OK. Probably best to put up a picture or two.

    There is a complete Yukon pot Belly stove in good working order at the DoC hut in Hope Arm, Lake Manapouri.

    I'll take some photos next time I'm over that way.
