    260AI Build - Anyone been there done that?

    Will doing this and like the sound of 260AI in a small action if feeding can be made to work due to sharp shoulders.

    Anyone done a build with this caliber? I am looking at a Proof Research carbon fiber barrel and worked blueprinted m700 action with CF stock.

    Interested in other actions people might recommend for a custom build.

    Had one a couple years. 70fps slower than what I ran my 6.5-06 with 10 grns less powder and 130gr bullet. Its comfortable at 3050fps in a 24" barrel
    Very accurate inherantly, and easy to form brass., all sorts of brass to choose from.
    My barrel gets scary accurate on the 3rd firing.
    You will like it I reckon.
    I shoot both the 129 interlock and 130 swifts. Have to use a different powder for both but same MPI for zero.
    Only shot 20-30 animals with it but so far so good.

    It's only one and a half a month and I live in prime deer country.

    Would easily get that a month when we could sell them.

    Na. I don't go till Monday.

    Got plenty of shooting to do over the weekend tho. Even have to dust off the shotgun for Sunday.

    I'm a cheap date mate. It doesnt touch the sides and flash stuff is wasted on me.
