I don't have data really. But if you pay $6000 for a custom rifle with a cut rifled match barrel bedded into a carbon stock, it's more likely to shoot every ammunition more precisely than a $900 Howa.
Sometimes you can do that and it never really matches your second hand 700 dollar Howa so after 7-800 rounds you give up on it and fit another cut rifled match barrel and then it's good.
