    sub 100 yards for deer the 7.62x39mm will do the job just as well and a heck of a lot cheaper both in rifle price and factory ammo.
    the AAC is the new skid on the jock designed for subsonic with supers as 2nd option......... lets see if it lasts the distance time wise.

    +1 on the 7.62x39 on an AR platform.
    I have been using mine now for 12 months on goats and deer and it drops everything with authority with Highland factory ammo.

    What he said re 7.62x39

    I think it will last @Micky Duck, SOCOM have adopted it and it was designed for their use.
