I'd be interested to hear how it performs as a hunting round. Cheers.

@MB tried these on goats at 10-50m worked ok, dropped most of them on the spot. Accurate through 1:11 twist barrel. Super quiet through a suppressed rifle, not much more noise than a 22. Only bugger is the ridged projectiles won’t feed through my mag so could single feed only.

Thanks. Was that head/neck shots, or classic chest shots?

I have box of gas-checked, cast projectiles if anyone is interested.
I can dig up the box and see what they are.

A mate gave me the box for my 3030 but never bothered to reload them

@MB mainly chest shots from memory, prob a couple of neck shots. Was cleaning up a couple of mobs so shooting as fast as I could load them. Be interesting to see how they go from a bit longer range.

Better than the Hornady Sub-X 30 cal projectiles then. Avoid!

sighted in today about as loud as a 22 supersonic through a suppressor shouldn't be breaking the sound barrier as Bergara is 18" barrel must be abit of muzzle blast but still happy just thought they would be quieter

Same with the Sub-X factory rounds. Louder than I expected.
