    About the only calibre I haven't owned so decided to buy, What is a good factory round for general hunting, will reload later.

    I love mine mate had a few teething issues with the rifle nothing to do with the caliber
    It’s nothing Special it’s only just another 6.5 it will match a 260 or a properly hand loaded 6.5x55 (will blitz factory 55 ammo)
    But it does it with a little more Economy

    Its a great caliber as are all 6.5’s enjoy
    Norma makes a 130gn factory load which is good
    Not badly priced ether

    You can buy some hornady American gunners for around 115$ for 50. They are more target ammo but cheap enough for long range practice on target.
