Restricted gas over venting gas any day for me. Venting gas = noise so it's hardly ideal if your running a can

Yep, tapped an m3 grub in, was even on a low profile block so had less meat to start with. With a tapered end on the grub i run it wound in tight with a bit of loctite. Have never had trouble with the hub screw coming loose but potentially it could when running it wound outQuote:

Pretty sure if you are thinking of the superlative arms bleed off gas block it can either act as a restrictor or bleed off depending on the setting...I have a couple still sitting in my spare parts kit that I haven't gotten around to trying yet.
