Thread: Advice: strange call from a logistics company after AliExpress delivery

I work in the business, what is the name of the company?

It could be true if the idiots have not cleared it through customs, and customs have put a hold on it for an inspection - which is something they do if they are interested in the description on the paperwork. It wont be because the items are restricted but more that Customs want more clarification.
