    I've never agreed with people who say your undergunned unless you use X caliber for X species and all that rubbish. At the end of the day with correct bullet placement you can knock most animals with most calibers. I've read in one of my old NZ hunting books a wanker who reckons you can not shoot a tahr with anything less than a 300 win mag, another that says 458wm should be a minimum for buff here and in sporting shooter a bloke actually said that "you are seriously undergunned using anything less than a 300 wm on fallow deer"
