Thread: Another corrosion test

Although the M-PRO7 results weren't as good as some others, I've been using it for about 5 years & never had any issue with rust on my guns.

I did a "scientific" test last year where I put two steel washers outside, one with a lite film of M-PRO7 & one without. Both were thoroughly degreased beforehand. One without developed sever rust in about 3 weeks - The one with held up for about 5 months with only lite discolouring on the edges. Humidity inside our place ranges from 45-65% but outside however ranges around 60+% where we live. I was impressed with the results considering how long I left the washer outside continuously in all weather conditions.
