anyone on auckland got go/no go gauges for 260 rem

had a primer blow out on sunday and it left a big black mark on the bolt face
i tryed useing a normal brush/solvent to remove it but no luck so had to use a mild polish compound and a nylon brush on the dremmel drill which got it off
(the pitting/gas cutting is still there but your not going to get rid of that with out smith work)

im pretty sure its fine but would just like to doubble check the head space safty 1st
happy to pay courrier to and from or drive with the rifle to someone in auckland

I doubt you'd have been that aggressive with the polish to need the gauges. Fire a shot and measure the shoulder of the case, compare this with a once fired empty from before.

Tolerance is about 0.26mm for chamber for headspace.

There shouldn't be an issue, even with gas etched channel you case head is still well supported by the remaining undamaged section of the bolt's face. You would have to do very aggressive polishing to increase headspace - ie valve grinding paste for a considerable period of time. Otherwise as per kimjon. You are left unfortunately with an ugly cosmetic issue. If you are still concerned take more photos and send to your favourite gunsmith for his opinion.
