    anyone reccomend Vortex Razor HDs??

    Anyone got a pair of Vortex Razor HD's? Would you reccomend them?

    I'm looking to upgrade my ZenRays.

    yip I've got Vortex Viper Bino 8x42 HD and very happy with them looked through lots of other brands and nothing else came close with out spending over $1500

    Had a play with one in oz , built like a tank. was in mils. have a pst ffp moa works fine.

    Viper and ED3 are pretty similar in performance with the Zens having better CA control. Zen Ray warranty sucks though.

    Razors are another step up.

    Vortex has new representation in NZ. Vortex's no fault warranty is void on parallel imported products. So even if buying in NZ from a "reputable" dealer, check where that dealer got their products from. It should be the Aussy distributor Extravision.

    Suggest you look at buying current stock sooner than later as the US$ / AU$ is putting prices up. As a major supporter of Vortex, happy to help out - all with Vortex global warranty.
