    Barrel replacement for Tikka LSA55

    Hi guys

    Has anyone got one lying about? Factory or aftermarket?

    Or recommendations?

    Not too expensive, and only bore condition needs to be ok. Outside, and crown not so much.

    243 calibre.

    You could ring or email Scott Traill (SSRNZ.com) or Robbie Tiffen (Gunworks). They may be able to give you a price for a new or second hand barrel fitted.
    Scott is rebarrelling a LSA55 rifle of mine into 260 Rem.

    wonder if a sako 308 barrel would be an easy fit?
    thats presuming you would be happy with a .308?

    Thanks guys, rifle didn't hang about long enough to start the project! Ha. Looking for a 243 or 7mm08 for my younger sister, her first high powered rifle.
    I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.
