    Base mounting

    Hi team

    Base users.. Do you use Loctite when mounting weaver/pic base ?

    Also what lb do you torque screws ?

    Blue loktite, and depends on the screws, but generally around 30”lbs for me.

    Blue locktite and 25-30"lbs would be suffice.

    Yep blue lock tight the one that will come undone with normal tools if you need to get them off or if you’re a cheap Skate the wifes nail polish works also

    If you have a torque Wench 30inlb if not nice and tight without being incredible hulk tight

    Im going to to just try hand tightening for now as i dont want to buy a wrench
