Benelli Vinci butt pad disintegration: Replacement part

Apparently the disintegration of the rubber butt pad is a common problem.

Just got a limbsaver model 10810 that fits perfectly. More than half the price of the Benelli replacement.

    Just an FYI.

    Hi Dombo
My Vinci has the same issue, was the Limbsaver easy to attach? Any photos?

    Hi Dombo
Just wondering where you purchased the recoil pad from, as I haven't been able to track one down in NZ?
    Thanks

Have fitted many many recoil pads but will not fit Limbsaver anymore as they go all mushy and sticky after a while. I only fit Pachmayr Decelerator pads as they look much more classy and are easier to finish neatly.

    Hi Gary
Can you recommend a Pachmayr for a Benelli Vinci?
    Thanks

There are 3 sizes. Check their dimensions and then get the one that is closest to the butt size. The 752B is available in brown, red and black.

Just did this on my sons Vinci. Cant believe how the butt disintegrated as we took it off. Great shottie however that pad is just crap. One would have thought they would have done resting before using it. Had to remove the rubber covering on my 20g M2 stock.

    Hi TeRei.
How did you remove the rubber coating on the M2, mine has gone all sticky too.
    Cheers Shane

Creme stuff off Clark Products. Will get proper name. Use the rags you get off Supercheap Auto. Takes a while.

Same stuff but cheaper. Clarks are now only in 5ltr [about $55] but you can use it for all purposes. Soak rag and rub it over area. Clean that area then move to next. Wax on wax off [KARATE KID style]. Takes a bit of elbow grease. Super hacked off how they put the coating on in the first place.

We have M1 M2 VINCI and M2 20g. Unlike Tahr these are not safe queens. LOL.
