    Bergara B14 trigger upgrade

    Hi everyone

I'm looking for some advice around upgrading the trigger on a Bergara B14.

I know they are R700 pattern, which opens up a lot of options but their seems to be a lot of variants (no-bolt release etc).

I've heard good things about the Triggertech, Timney and Bix n Andy ones. Rifle will be used for PRS, so would like something in the realm of 1lb pull weight.

    Cheers!

TriggerTech dominate PRS for a reason, light, holds adjustments and reliable (although their Diamond line had a wobble a few years back).

I have 4X of the Specials and they work well in all conditions, sealed unit as well.

Replaced with Bix’n Andy REM700 trigger in my 7PRC. You need to remove the bolt release or buy one with no bolt release as Bergara have own bolt release mechanism in the action itself. Easy to do & several YT how to videos.

I have 4 of these, one in a Bergara B14 and 3 in Tikkas. Great triggers, a significant upgrade over over the factory edition.

All good options quoted above - Sounds like the TT Special or B&A Dakota would meet your needs.
I have 3 TT Diamonds & a Special - All have been reliable and consistent.
Also have a (now obsolete) Jewell HVR in a Bergara - Never let me down either.

Prioritize choosing Triggertech products. Guaranteed you will love it after just one use.

Have triggertech in my Bergara (premier so factory fitted) and it is a beautiful trigger probably one of the better ones I've used
