    Bergara comments...

Hi guys, some queries I can’t really get answers for:

-What model is the takedown model or models?
-What are the ‘best’ models to consider as a platform to run?
    -Calibers I’d prefer may include - 44 mag, 30-30, 308, 3006, a 6 or 6.5 calibre but have not seen anything apart from 243?

I have had and still own an H&R but struggle finding barrels.
If you can add constructive comment much appreciated.

I personally have a 45/70 take down, if i was to do it again id get a stainless model. The takedown aspect doesnt really interest me.

Do the non-takedown rifles allow for interchangeable barrels?

I've got the 308 take down in stainless. Accurate wee rifle. I like it

I spent a bit of time shooting my mates .308 stainless take-down. Really nice rifle. I could be happy with it as my main rifle. His one had trigger job by Dean Maisey, and one of his suppressors too. I didn't do any serious accuracy testing, but enjoyed all the other aspects of it.

that must've been really silky trigger, the factory trigger is pretty nice

Thanks for the comments guys. I love my two main rifles but can’t get the thought out of my head.
I’ll look for one soon- There are a couple on TMe atm.
