The 16 inch 308 has a decent muzzle blast without a silencer and your face is close. The lever to open it will eventually stab some part of your body when u fall over. Accurate and I like it. My family enjoys there tramping and stashing it in the pack is handy in busy areas. Carried and used mates 308 16 inch with silencer pig hunting heaps before I brought mine. We used subs around dogs. His got surface rust from neglect.
