Pod spikes are the go from Gunworks for sure. Just be prepared for a fiddly time changing them over.......

As soon as the pin comes out of the foot the spring lets go.... pull the leg off of the body, put a long thin cable tie around the top of the spring, slid it in to the leg and pod spike, put pin in, then pull cable tie up until you can get the pivot bush through the ring on the other end of the leg. carefully put leg back on to body without stuffing it all up and having to start again.

Had my new Harris bi-pod apart to fit the pod spikes. once they are on, the bi-pod goes no where!
