    Bino FOV: which is of more use in the real world

    Hi guys

    quick question. looking at a couple of sizes of Bushnell XLT binos;

    10x28 - gives FOV of 100mtr @ 1000mtr

    8x32 - gives FOV of 131mtr @ 1000mtr

    As a North Island hunter, which are going to be of more practical use?

    thanks
    Tracy

    What distances are you likely to glass mostly? Fov is good, but magnification if you're glassing long distances is better in my opinion. For me 10x everytime.

    I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.
