Now that rubbish is out of the way a helpful knowledgeable answer may appear as I d seriously like to send two barrels one suppressor away to get modded

Conventional thought would call optimum length whatever length yielded the highest velocity.

What is your personal description of optimum length ?

Long enough to retain good accuracy related to the caliber but as short as possible as well to make it nice to carry with the suppressor fitted.

Why does this weird idea persist that barrel length has something to do with accuracy?

The way I see it you have a few choices....
    factory length
shortened so factory length with can on.
as short as possible without interfering with stock.
As short as you can legally run and bugger the stock if it is in the way.

My 7-08 is cut to 18.5" (or was it 19?). Standard profile barrels in M cal are same/same IIRC, just different hole through the guts. Still accurate as hell, lost about 150fps from factory. Way better shorter.

The right thing to do considering the blaser is so short anyhow is probably to leave factory length.
