For a couple of decades now I have been using KG1 carbon remover and KG12 copper solvent to clean the bore of my rifles. I am struggling to find it now so what are peoples go-tos for bore cleaning?

For carbon:
HOPPES No9 or Butches bore shine.
Copper:
Wipe out - Patch out or Barnes CR-10
JB paste if still troublesome.
Oil:
G96 or Breakfree or Remington oil
(Silicone based products I think)

Hoppes for carbon and ammonia for copper. Yes I know the sky will fall if you use ammonia but you just have to get it out again and oil bore as you should do anyway. Worked for 20+ years so far...
Following as I have a very fouled up bore at the moment, boretech cooper cleaner and a nitro solvent getting me no where in 1.5 hours.
The boretech cameleon works well as well
Three wet of hoppes 9,3 dry patchs.About every 20rds,which could be weeks apart in summer or months apart in winter.
Not too worried about a black mark on a patch, just seeing the rifling would be a good start, looks like smooth bore at the moment.
Nylon brush with boretech copper, followed by bronze brush with boretech carbon remover. If still stubborn use a battery drill and the bronze brush....really need to follow progress with a borescope. If no borescope don't use the drill.....!!
For carbon, CLR is the easiest and cheapest way to get it out - better than any other gun specific solvent on the market that you pay an arm and a leg for
If you think that hard carbon can be dissolved out without significant mechanical effort, you clearly don't have a bore scope. It plain can't be.
Here's roughly how the majority of us F Class shooters approach cleaning and we demand a total clean.
Always use an accurately fitting bore guide. Run two wet patches of your favourite solvent through the bore and leave to soak for a good 5 mins. I prefer Eliminator as it's a reasonably good copper solvent. KG12 is pretty good on copper but more suited to later use. Wipe out after it's soaked. Next, wrap a patch round a well worn brush of that calibre or a smaller calibre, eg 6mm in a 7mm bore. Slather the patch in Autosol and stroke the bore about a dozen times with more focus on the first 200mm which tends to be the worst fouling. Repeat the Autosol mainly focusing on the start of the barrel. Wipe out with a plain patch, run a patch of isoprop through then do a final wipe out with a dry patch. If you've got a non-stainless barrel, run a light amount of preservative oil through before storing.
From start to finish, it probably takes me 20 mins including the soaking so not too onerous.
