Thread: Bushnell Elite Tactical - anyone using it?

I'm in the process planning a AR15 Mk 12 clone to go target shooting with.

The optic I'm looking at is the Bushnell Elite Tactical 3.5-21x50mm GDMR

What I like about the scope is.
1. Mil Reticle with Mil turret adjustment
2. FFP
3. GDMR reticle
4. Price range $2100-2200
5. Magnification range


Is there anyone using this scope or has used this scope that can share there thoughts or experience with it?

I just picked one up the other day. Havnt shot with it yet, been waiting for the fecking wind to piss off so i can do some load development. Been having a play with it and seems pretty nice, really nice glass, positive clicks, the reticle is great without being too "busy", I was concerned that being ffp it might be a bit chunky on full mag but its fine.

I have the big sister of this model, the 4.5-30x50 for long range shooting.
Can't fault it for the money.

I had a few other scope in my hand to compare with it before I bought it but they were more expensive:
S&b compact 5x20x50, USO 10x, nightforce 4x16x42atcr.

Other candidates would be the leupold 3x18x40 mk6 and the vortex 3x18x50 gen2

Be aware all of these are quite big and heavy for a little 223 , it would make more sense to fit them to an AR10 of some sort.
