I have a Southforte Best of the west c/o a forum member here. While it has a relatively high comb with a 34mm scope and 20MOA rail I still need to raise the cheek piece. But for a hunt / comp rifle you may be ok without an additional riser. It seems well beded without the need for pillars or v channels and gets 1/2 MOA out to 600 yds so far.
I like the stock, but I have no other CF stocks to compare it with.
Some of the things I like
Very vertical pisol grip, great for prone shooting
good high comb ( was fine for a 30 mm tube scope)
Atlas bottom metal is well fitted
The stud hole thingys for swivels etc are a nice touch
Good and lightweight, but seems well made.
