    Carbon XBolt stock from Southfortlabs

I'm now the owner of what I think is the first XBolt carbon stock to roll off the production line.

I'm very impressed and will post pics when I get back from my roar hunting.

Rifle and Swarvo Z5 now weighs 7lb. Shoots like a dream (but no better than with original stock).

It has the double palm swell that I was a bit worried about but actually like a lot. Has quite a long squared off forend. Very well made. I expect that the XBolt stock was fiddly to inlet and bed. Only down side is cost. But well worth it I reckon.

No discredit to Stu's stocks (Stug) though which are serving me well and are bloody rugged and excellent value. Stu doesn't do an XBolt though.
