    Tape the baffle sections to avoid scratching the finish and then use hose clamps to gain purchase with which to break them apart.

    Simple green must be completely rinsed from aluminium as it is corrosive to alloy, I presume same precaution might apply to duralium?
    They make a separate aircraft wash product for this reason.

    DPT has a good PDF on maintaining their supressors, it's been posted here before but I can't find a link on their website.
