    CMC AR15 Trigger - 7.62x39 Berdan Primed ammo ??

Does anyone have any experience with these CMC triggers and 7.62x39 ammo with Bredan primers ?

    https://www.cmctriggers.com/cmc-drop-in-trigger-curved/

I have a Mossberg. MMR / AR15 with a Wyndham 7.62x39 upper and a Black Rifle Arms "enhanced" firing pin.

7.62x39 Enhanced Firing Pin specifically used for steel case ammunition, ammo. Extended Firing Pin, 7.62x39 firing pin, 7.62x39 enhanced

I'm currently running a JMT trigger which works with any (brass or steel military) REM .223 / NATO 5.56 AND brass 7.62x39

BUT it will not consistently run Berdan primed military type 7.62x39

    https://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...prod97645.aspx

The question is - will the CMC trigger work with the Barnaul / Berdan primed military 7.62x39 ammo ?

    Thanks.

PS - I may have a nice JMT AR15 trigger for sale in late August !

It runs any REM .223 or NATO 5.56 ammo

I'd recommend a hiperfire trigger. You will never get a light strike.

I'd be first in line for the JTM trigger. My kit is on order with a mil-spec trigger. Cheers Foster

Sounds like Beavis is right on the money as per usual - certainly this thread thinks so https://www.ar15.com/forums/ar-15/Li...s-/121-710953/

When I had an NEA x39 upper the firing pin length was the issue.

It was rectified when I was supplied a new bolt and firing pin. The new bolt had a few though taken off the bolt face.

Yep, I have a Hiperfire trigger and it's good for .22lr uppers too.

Thanks to all for the info.

Foster - sent you a PM about the JMT trigger.

These guys know what they're on about. I have tried both a Timney and Elfman neither worked and I would say the CMC wont either. The milspec will work and the Hiperfire is awesome.
