cz pistol slide stop a bit lose

is it a common issue for CZ slide stop to get lose? it only had 500 r through over the last 5 months, dont think i'd done anything wrong to it, it still catches the bolt after the last round but it releases by itself when reload and slam the bottom of the mag hard enough.

Releasing itself on a reload is normal and a good thing if you run dry(hopefully only run dry if it's planned) in a stage, it will save you a little time.

CZ's can have Slide Stop issues, but normally they break clean in half. If you intend to compete, get a spare one to half in your range bag.

I think my one had an old drill bit shaft welded and ground appropriately, to create an extended slide stop. Never had an issue with it, even doing major.
I bought it second hand and that work was done before I had it. But it definitely worked.

Check where your thumb is when reloading. My CZ doesn't normally hold open on the last shot because the way I hold the pistol has my strong hand thumb just touching the slide stop. I can't feel my thumb on it, but it provides just enough pressure to stop the slide locking open.
Buy a spare trigger return spring when your at it. Mine broke on the weekend after about 3000 rounds through it.

My Shadow did it from new. I was new to the game as well so always running dry. Slamming a mag in always returned it to battery.
I wouldn't worry about it unless it works loose during firing.
