    if you arent going to stretch barrel past 150 yards...buy a norinco/bisley 7.62x39mm and cut it and can it...... the stock issue could be taken care of with a recoil pad fitted for you...off for lad.
    more room for error than the .223 with similar recoil/report /price of ammo.
    the price is low enough that you wont flinch cutting stock short......I can shoot with a really short stock no issues.....try it for yourself. a slip on pad will add an inch no trouble at all.
