This is why, a half century ago, when we only had SFP Duplex reticles, cartridges like the 270 Win, 243 and 22-250 were king.
With dial up scopes and FFP Mildot reticles, now people can use a 16" 308, a 143gr 6.5 Creed (shortened&suppressed) and the 300 AAC.
