Let the learning curve begin
When your good lady said you could get a thermal for the South Island I think she was meaning Long John’s. Oh well, Enjoy.
Almost presold the entire first shipment. Even sending them to Australia. 3 left of the rangefinder ballistics model.
Looks the goods, time for one for you micky.
its a night vision day and night 'scope, not thermal. Need to be a computer buff to drive it :) Im hoping that @55six is going to run a night class for new owners :) Or maybe I will get my 15 year old grandson in as a consultant.
@55six what kind of range would these be best suited to?
I know nothing about night vision.
Its a 5x base optical with upto 20x digital. I would say its a good medium to longer range optic. Its rated to out to beyond 400m dependent on animal size.
The Chinese certainly have not yet mastered designing and writing readable intuitive operators manuals for all these new fangled optics.
And a number of supposed You Tube 'experts' have no clue how to put together a video training package.
But a few are very good. You just have to trawl a lot of channels to find the good ones.
