    nice work. I'm guessing you've now got a mold for vaccum forming?

    Any chance of using a Carbon / KEVLAR Hybrid Fabric would give the strength plus impact resistance. (though it is a prick to trim)
    Carbon twill won't take too many hits
    Ping-Ping and Pew-Pew.
