I have used one. Had a play in day time. Not at night. It picked up cattle at a fair way off. It belonged to a mate and he’d only just got it. It did pick up any thing with thermal activity well. As with thermals trying to orientate the rest of the surroundings is hard. Only used for 10 mins so cant be of more help. If you want the no. Of the guy who has it pm me. He got it for trying to find pigs on the station.
