    That's not entirely true, if some low level NZ post employee has told you this. Ref my post above, I fought NZ post, via the ombudsman's office, and phone calls with a senior official in NZ Post.
    You need to shake the tree very hard to get anywhere, but it's possible to get the right things to happen.
