    Garmin Alpha 100

    Hey my alpha is starting to play up, I have upgraded software and reset but any major bump causes the screen to freeze and it turns off. Question is does anyone refurbish of fix these I’m struggling to find anywhere or anyone else had the same problem?

    sounds more like a hardware issue than a software one........ should be someone on here with a bit more knowledge

    Try 0800 427 652 Garmin nz customer support.
    They have a pretty good fixed price repair system once you actually manage to get hold of a actual real person

    Garmin offers a exchange unit for $299.99 problem is there is a waiting list at present. Take yours into any Garmin supplier.
