I'd give it a crack if i'd found it, but probably wouldn't pay any money for it. It'd be worth hanging onto if only because you just know one would come up on tardme with a 'misplaced' bolt if you binned it

Boyds stock would be $200- $300, barrel I don't know, and a mag is $90.

However, if you add all that up its probably not worth it when you can get the same thing, but not rusted: Like these

I'd go for it but I think 170 bucks is a bit steep for a gun that was admittedly found by the side of a riverbank in the water for god knows how long (Very suspicious as its pretty damn hard to lose a rifle without it being on purpose). not to mention no magazine... My .22 cost me 120 and it functions well enough. I'd be surprised if he got 40 bucks for it.. Considering that a brand new 452 runs for around 400 dollars..

$500* Typo They run for around 250-300USD in the states, After importation and currency conversion, You could get it for around that price... Although spending the extra 200 odd dollars for a 700-800NZD CZ can sometimes be worth it to save you a headache of importing a firearm here

What's the least amount of money it would take to get this going again?
It sounds like it definitely needs a new barrel and of course a magazine, but would the stock be savable and would the bolt scrub up with some steel wool?(Obviously hard to tell without photos right now).

You will buy a nice condition second hand one for less that getting that one working, let alone looking half decent from the description.
