I was after a general allround LR hunting & gong shooting rifle to fill a gap & this fitted the bill, Only just lapped the rings & fitted the scope last night & will hopefully put some rounds threw it this week
Had the bolt flutted by GW ( might get the barrel done at some stage ) & the muzzle break is a temp off another 7mm mag ( not sure what flavour of break I'll get yet ) & still not sure if I will re-stock it or not yet, I'll wait & see how she shoots first

Heres a rather shite photo of my new gong gun, Savage heavy barrel mod 10 in 308 Cholate stock & Leupy Mk 4 6.5-20 TMR sitting in Weaver tac rings
( going out to shoot the bitch tomorrow) & me thinks it will perform
