    I thought I would share this even though it's not a rifle its a piece of our New Zealand military history .Its a ww2 New Zealand made trench fighting knife issued to kiwi , aussie and us forces.

    22inch number 2 Hardy barrel
    DPT can with s/s baffle
    Extended mag box for vld's
    Lightweight bolt guts and shroud
    NZ Hunter Carbon edgetech stock with atlas mount
    Talley rings
    Swaro z5 3.5-18x44 with moa turret

    Smithed by SSRNZ very happy with the turnaround time workmanship and shes definitely a shooter

    Weighs bugger all and shoots the 143 eld's into this at 200m

    Interesting configuration - what's with the orange arrow on the stock ?

    My only guess is that the arrow is a reminder of which way to point the rifle - for the Brazilian military ?

    I am all piss n vinegar mate.

    I owned a .243 for a couple seasons on meat. Had a horror run with it. That's why I don't like them.
    That was in the early 90's and I accept that better projectiles are available now opposed to what I could get back then. But I am not going to test the theory myself.

    I actually do not have anything against any brand of truck or car to be fair.
    Jimmy has got a .243 and a ranger
    so I just can't help myself.😆
