    Yeh I was using my AR on goats as well and it was a very effective control mechanism. It still pisses me off that I no longer have it. The club I belong to has not run a three gun since the ban.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

    Hey All. Just finished my long time project that I started last year, can't rush these things aye... My second 260Imp 30deg.
    Cheers to the following good buggers for: Defiance Rebel Sheep Port action, Hawkins bottom metal, Wyatt box and Manners stock complements of Cam at Alpine Precision. Timney Calvin Elite 2 stage trigger & brake from Greg at Terminator Products. Bartlein barrel & VX5 from a couple of forum members unwanted items All smithing done by Mark at Desert Guns
    I'm not into shiny stuff, so it got squirted in Graphite Black Cerakote.

    So what length barrel did you end up going with, and Im taking it 1 in 8 twist???

    Back in the #27gang. Kimber Montana. Light, simple. Will possibly put a Kimber brake on it but will see how I go, keen to just keep it real light and simple and keep the 24" barrel.
