    The inletting is different on the k95 , it’s Merkel k3 stutzen black edition . Happy new year

    It has an aluminium action. They are on sale at present here. How about the Heym 44B. This has a steel action and also comes in 7x57

    Yep my choice would be the Heym. Probably nothing wrong with the alloy receivers but I just think if you are soaking in that type of money then go steel. I have a Heym SR30 straight pull and if the quality is as good as this then it’s old world workmanship.

    If I was paying that much I'd expect it to eject the case.

    My K95 ejects the case. All I have to do is tilt the barrel up and the case falls out. It does mean when reloading you need to tilt the barrel down, a bit of a pain if shooting uphill.

    Rimmed case with plenty of body taper and they just slide out.
