@cambo if you are sold on model 7s HnF North Shore is having a sale and their new 223 is $1199 may even come with a cheapie scope and some rings which you could flog to bring the $$ down even more.

I have a Ruger American in 300BLK, the bolt has some sort of weird ribbing on it - I just gave it a good polish and it smoothed right out. It's a nice light gun, I have a Monarch 2-8x30 and a DPT suppressor on it.

CZ is a bit of a pain to scope up. Very restricted to base and ring options.
Tikka bit better in that regards, and Savage easy as.

Head is saying Tikka, heart is saying fuck that get the Savage....

my tikka 223 18inch has shoot everything well so 53vmax 55 nosler 60vmax 69 seira tmk's and 75eldm's worst was the 60 vmax at just over an 1.25 moa groups. even the cheap h&f bulk ammo goes well. now using 53vmax and 75eldm's. Have you got a scope yet? I am going to sell the one on the 223. The david waters 5 and 10 round mags are good. Heaps of aftermarket parts for tikkas now.

All good bro. I don't want to catch that lefttie disease.
I've used Steveo's Tikka and liked that. But all Tikkas work well.
Savage did feel nice too. Bolt may need a bit of a polish but I did like it.

What kind of velocity are you getting with the heavier pills from the 18” mate?

Tally make rings for the cz as well
If you don't want the Sauer get the cz put a stock pack on it and your good to go
I have a brand new set of 30mm CZ rings here never been out of the packet, I'll do you deal on them if you go that way.
