    Border barrel got a serious reputation over there ( the barrel maker from Hardy came from there)plus one or two other little workshop producing small quantities ( one is cut rifled the other one hammer forged , old Parker hale or BSA machinery I believe). They are not doing to bad for a country with no barrel makers....
