    Sorry, Chris f brought back things to the surface. It was not BSA but parkerhale hammer forging machine used by armalon, that is the firm I was referring to.
    There was also a small company called precision restoration services( maybe?) that was doing cut rifling but more onto big bores.
    And the third one was border, but as said above they seemed to have moved.
