    Left handed .22s

What left handed options are out there in .22LR?

My sister shoots left handed with rifles and is wanting a .22, I don't think I've ever seen a LH .22.

No one has any for sale by chance?

I told her just to use a RH one.

Tell your sister to save a search on Trade Me. There are a few out there and come up fairly regularly.
And No. Do not tell her to just buy a right handed one.

Well worth having a look on trade me or around the second hand stocks for a CZ 527 American or indeed a model 2e BRNO.

They have great adjustable triggers and a lot of them shoot really well the occasional does not but that's definitely the minority. The Next step up is to the Anshutz 1416 or similar.

There were a few CZ455 kicking round but I've on the whole seen better results out of the 527s.

    527 is not a 22.

I was very lucky to find a lefthand Remington model 581 Sportsman .22 but you don`t see too many around now.
The Savage is a good rifle and not expensive...you may have to shorten the stock to fit your sister.

My mistake dude a bit number dyslexic tonight 452 2E-ZKM is closer to it. For some reason had 527 on my mind ( me dork!) I think I was admiring a 527 today online and the number stuck...

Mine was second hand from reloaders but damn it shoots well bought it as part of a lot that a guy unloaded there about a year 18 months ago. It was a sweet pickup and then it bought its mate the 700 .223 at the same time. Which is also a honey to shoot.

Prior to that I was trying to shoot 22 sporting rifle and silhouette with a savage btvlss which was good but not in the same accuracy league as we played and played with it in its Boyd stock but couldn't get the same accuracy out of it as the CZ.

Some lefties at the club I shoot also use Kidd upgrades of the 10/22 with a cloth deflector coming down from the scope turret to stop shell ejection becoming an issue. Some of those shoot pretty well too but be prepared to spend up to the same as an anshutz for it...

The bugger has always been for me that Anshutz don't do a magazine fed 54 action action in left hand... Nearest is a fortner action but they're like foreign living hens teeth..
