And the TMOA are thinner with a gap in the center. Windage plex is quite heavy but fine for Goat, Deer hunting

Yup I know that Duncan. But I don't see even the TMOA as a combined holdover reticle like the Horus or other tree style ones. You'd be hard pressed to hold both wind and elevation in those.
What I am thinking of is using CDS for elevation, and using wndplex for wind holdover. The subtentions on both WindPlex and TMOA are the same size ?
Ah, tx fellas, just saw the replies about TMOA being thinner
I'm running one of these:

Holds zero, dials repeatedly and is made in Oregon. I use the turret for elevation and the plex for wind. The scope dials in 1/4 moa units.
The reticle hash marks are in two MOA increments. I've compared it with my brothers windplex in his 3-9 Leupold and we both agreed this was a lot more usable at ranges out to 700. We both felt the 1 moa subtensions of the Loopy were too fine when holding for wind using 9 power at 5-700. They may work better when you have a higher power.
