Hey Team,
I'm wanting to order a suppressor online from Bronco's outdoors and shipped to a rural location. Do I need a mail order form for this? I checked section 43a in the Arms act and i'm still confused.
Also if anyone has used a DPT MK2 6.5 mm OB suppressor, are they any good?

Not to add mud to the water, but I went down a similar path with the FSA last week regarding posting a trigger to another lic. holder. FSA took over a week to respond and said I should email my local arms office (central firearms). This was somewhat confusing as I assumed it should be clear to the FSA what the requirements are, and if they don't know, who else would?
The local arms office responded much more promptly, with the respondent advising they had spoken with their supervisor, and given that a trigger is essentially a "lump of metal' without a serial number; no mail order form was required. They did advise it was still important to confirm lic holder details. This was helpful, however still begs the question of what constitutes a firearm, as it would seem many firearm parts could be considered a "lump of metal".
Anyway, always best to do your own due diligence. In your case, the shop should be advising what they require from purchasers.

Yes you need one for a muffler and also for a lump of wood , a lump of plastic or carbon fibre :-(
But you can also go to your local hunting store and get one from there or get them to order one for you , it is as fast and you don’t have the paperwork and you ll pay à very similar price.
Yes, you do. Amongst a busy life it's a real pain in the ass. I try and do as much as I can through my local store now for simplicity.

I have the exact suppressor you mentioned. Does the job. Sure does confuse the animals. I've had a Billy run straight towards me after I bowled its mate, it was that confused.

I decided to get my DPT from hunting and fishing, just show your firearms licence when you pick it up, really good product from great company, you can order bushes and baffles from DPT without the police form.
