    The process carrie's on.
    Funny story, took the presses steel floorplate from the recent 8x57 acquisition and tried it in the parker hale.
    Yeah nah. The bullet rubbing didnt change but the last round off the follower gets jammed and dog knotted like a bastard as per the pic.
    For shitz and gigs I tried the 270 follower in the 8x57 and it worked mint.
    Put the pressed steel one back where it come from and yup, last round gets stuck again.
    It did work once but didnt try too much as the case is a bitch to get out
    Looks like I may be up for at least one follower lol
    Photos worked on my phone. Didnt try the puter this time
    From the pics it there is a wear pattern half way up the side of the 270 follower but that wear mark is there but very light on the pressed steel on. Just hasn't had the same amount of use but profile must be a bit dodgy
