    If you do a search of closed listings, you will see that the seller is one of those annoying individuals who start an auction with a price that has no relevance to what they will accept .These sellers who make people bid and bid and bid are time wasters in my opinion.

    i.e $400 start and actual reserve $700.

    Does that assist you in reaching a decision?
