Do you think it is worth the extra $700?

I am primarily after a bush rifle but it would be nice to stretch across clearings / gullies.

Similarly, any good recommendations for mid range 3-9 scopes? Have eyes on vortex or leupold.

Mate ive got a Mossberg patrol as a bush gun and there is not much bad I can say about it. Groups well within 1 MOA all the way to 500m, havent done any load dev with it but 150grain pills seem to be the go for it. No issues feeding with the PMAG either.

Scope wise i went cheap and got a Bushnell Trophy XLT 3-9x40 which ive been pretty happy with for a bush rifle, good FOV and not overly expensive that im worried about it.

If money is a factor, get the Mossberg and put the spare cash to a scope and suppressor, but if youve got the cash Tikka and good scope is a winner.
